Carry Pistol while you run

How many out here carry when you run - especially trail/mnt running? What setup do you run?

I want to carry when I run, but the full size pistols I own are just too big and bulky. Also, not sure what the tightest fit case/holster setup you can run?

Thinking about a micro 9 Kimber? thoughts? feedback?

I'm sure you've thought of this, but you might consider bear spray in one of the water bottle pockets if you use a running vest.

Im not running in an area that have bears as an issue - more along the lines of say a lion or even a meth head crazy person...

I can't find the article anymore, but I've read some people carry with a belly band holster when running. I haven't tried running with a belly band, but I would guess a small .380 would work well.

I run with a Ruger LCP II in a pocket holster.
Just stick it in the front pocket of my running shorts/pants.
