Carrying Meat Back From Canada

Heading out to northern Alberta for a spring bear hunt. Ive never flown and was curious what everyone is doing to fly back with their meat. My plan would be to have it processed and packed prior to flying, but how are you packing and keeping it frozen for the trip home?
