Not quite. They are reliable in general but still have issues. The only vehicle I have ever owned that never had a major issue was my 03 Silverado, which my son now has with 200k +. Have also owned two Hondas and a Mazda. All had significant issues from electrical, losing spark plugs, ac system, brake system, airbags.
