I was a bit of a Fudd in my teens, because I couldn’t care less about any firearms except those for hunting. And I didn’t really understand what was going on by the antis. My great epiphany was when the news was saying the NRA wanted to legalize armor piercing bullets, which was false. The truth was that legislators added non armor piercing bullets on a ban with armor piercing bullets and the NRA opposed that.
