I did.

Having written for newspapers and magazines, and even written a book in the past, I’ll take that all day long versus running a media empire. He’s transitioned from a hunting writer into a media hunter.

Of course he can do as he pleases, but the quality of the work (his personal work) has suffered over time as the business has grown and he has built the massive ship he now has to keep afloat.

It will exhaust him after a time.
I should have not stated 'no one' and do agree with you. I have some of his early books and enjoyed them and felt more of a connection during that time. The iron is hot and he is definitely taking advantage of what is available to him right now.

How long will it last, who knows, but if he does get tired of it and decides to go back to his roots, someone else will be stepping up to fill that gap and we will be talking about them as well.
