@Kootenaybackwoods - Are you using the AICS 300 Win Mag 3.560 length magazine with this setup?

Any feed lip modifications?

I think i called mdt am they said for 7prc Tikka the 3.560 300 wm metal mag with the feed lips modded was their rec

Heres mine, but its not a 7prc. .223 wylde with a 16" 8 twist barrel. With a fully loaded 10rnd mag, weighs 8lb 7oz. So how many rokslide demerits do i get for the leupold / savage combo?

I just found they are now offering new magazines for the long action. I have not had good luck with the long action metal magazine for my rem. mag. The belts have hung up on each other and the base plate has slid off when pulling it out of a scabbard. Hopefully these new magazines will be the answer.

Has there been any rumors of MDT or @Unknown Munitions making a polymer long action magazine for the Tikka/HNT26 chassis? Even a metal magazine would be fine as long as it wasn't as heavy. It would be nice to have one that worked well in 6.5 PRC/7 SAUM/7PRC

Unfortunately, not compatible with Tikka T3/T3x LA
