When does Montana draw open up?

I know when Montana applications are due, but when does the application period open up? I can’t recall when it opened when I applied last year, but I recall it being around this time? Perhaps I’m getting lost on the site and missing it already being open?

Deadline used to be Mar 15, this year it's extended to April 1.
