Scratch my last post! I was hoping to finally get back to back days with the swings, but no way! That set of 100 with one arm, punished me like nothing else ever has and I wound up taking an extra day to recoup! My shoulders, lats, upper back and even abs let me know how bad this really is! Hats off to those that have done 10k in 30 days! Looks like ill be around 40 days!

Still haven't got my lungs back from being sick last week. Had a goal to finish under the time cap and I did with plenty of time to spare. Climbing stairs will be a challenge this weekend I think...

^ that looks tough :)

5 miles with Tiny Elvis; we went earlier today and found the trails much more firmly snow packed, only a few spots where the snow was soft

The Open is over, thank God. Was on the road for work last week, so I missed 19.4. As for 19.5 - 13:53, and I didn't tear my hands. So, the Open is over, and my hands are intact, chalk it up as a win.

Ran 4.8 miles yesterday after a pretty long hiatus from running any distance. While I was running I felt like mtwarden cutting through the trails and hills. I felt like a tortoise after I saw my run time...
