Been doing PT each day this week, but the 100,000lbs in an hour day was definitely the gift that kept on giving. Less volume until today…

Fully warmed up.

Barbell Squat-275lbs
Dead Lift-185lbs
Pull Up-Body Wt
Dip-45lbs
Weighted Overhead Sit Up-30lbs
Farmer’s Walk- 85lb dumbbells

5 sets of 10 reps
No break. Do for time.

Ate a late breakfast then went on a 5 hour horn hunting hike. Just under 2000vert in some rugged canyon country. 4 rams, a herd of elk, saw a ton of mulies… not 1 damn horn. Now I’m having my recovery drink, a 9.0 triple haul NEIPA from my favorite brewery.

Legs were definitely feeling it today.
