Did that “Devil’s 55” from Mtn tough on Saturday. It’s a pretty good challenge. Followed it up with the SandWOD from Brute Force. Great way to end the week and go into a rest day!

three days with the grandkids at Indian Flats cabin, got a bunch of hiking in- Refrigerator Canyon, Hogback Mtn, Grouse Ridge and Trout Ck Canyon- 16 miles in all; they'll sleep good tonight! :)

Yesterday
20 min of interval sprints at 7 degree inclin
100 step ups on a 20” box with a 70lb pack
10 burpees and 30 pushups
Today a 4 mile hike with 60lb pack
 
Ended up not getting out to San Gorgonio however we took a 3 mile walk in the local foothills on Saturday.
