My oldest headed over to your neck of the woods to look for horns and camped out 2 nights. Got some miles in, but basically got snowed out.

That’s encouraging from a snow aspect :D

@RuggedYogi if you haven’t already, check out Wendler- he has 3-4 different programs- all geared to progressively increase one’s lift.

Well , I'm back !
I had some issues with my medications , my Crestor was messing me up , tried something different , got the same trouble .
Quit taking statins all together and I feel much better .
Then I caught the creeping crud , or some shit , it's been a bad month .
First gym day in a while
Leg lifts 3x15
Knee lifts 3x15
Rotary torso 3x20 right , 3x20 left @180
Arm curls 3x15@70
Bicep extensions 3x15@130
Had to leave early , rode with the wife , my trucks in the shop .
Did I say it's been a bad month ?

Double DB Z-press: 15-12-10-8, increase weight each set

Goblet squat: 3 x 5; 15 second hold at bottom of each rep

12 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep front squat

Put on some miles in the Ozarks this weekend and the boys managed to get their first turkeys. Doubled up with one of the boys in my lap and the other in my oldest son's lap. Pretty special hunt having all 3 boys there together, and the birds put on a show for us. :)

back after 4 days in the Ozarks fishing. snuck in about 9 miles and a pretty good vertical over a few days but didn't have my app to calculate actual....crazy ass eclipse people were everywhere

Nothing for me today but 130 very slow leg pull ins.

Also started tracking calories and counting macros recently. Been working out pretty regular (at least for me, though nothing structured) the last few months. While I've lost about 15-17lbs, I feel like I've gained nothing in muscle.

After seeing my 1500 calorie days and 30-50 grams of protein, I see why. It's hard for me to eat enough to get that much protein. I hit 156g today.
