The youngest and I headed out early. Climbed just a hair under 2000ft to a glassing spot. Plenty of rockslides, brush and ticks… no bear. Took a different ridge down. Barely over 3mi., basically straight up and down.

@mtwarden would be turning the AC on. 83 today, supposed to hit 87 tomorrow and Sunday.

Resistance training added to daughters workout regimen. I made a some changes for her. Hard to believe a college coach sent a workout that looks like something a powerlifter would do instead of a soccer player. Hard to believe he doesn’t understand how reps create muscle stamina for running.
