Elk hunting backpacking tent

I haven’t seen this discussed anywhere and I was just kind of curious but what do you guys think about the colors are camouflage ability of a backpacking tent when elk hunting? It seems like there are either bright colors or can be OD, FDE or camo. Does it matter? Are there any advantages to either? Not being as visible to wildlife as well as other hunters. Just curious

The conclusion that I have seen noted basically boils down to user preference. Seams like a lot of guys that do fly in hunts like to be able to be seen from the air.

Personally I like the low profile drabs.

I don't mind having a bright colored tent. Maybe it will help keep people away from where I am hunting/camping. However my tarp I am using this year early season is pretty neutral colored and honestly wasn't even a consideration when purchasing it.

I can definitely see where if using a plane or drop type hunt bright would be beneficial.

Personal preference. I go with the color that's cheapest for the tent I want.
