What’s up with the lonely guy off on the left

The lonely guy on the left is no longer lonely. I got a Ruger Long Range Hunter today. What better named scope for it, than that lonely Bushnell Long Range Hunting Scope(illuminated)?.... LRHSi on a RLRH. It would sound OK on a Browning Long Range, too....

what kind of rifle?
what kind of shooting?
maximum shot distance?
will you be dialing?
weight?

It’s amazing how many people will just spout off a brand and model with no idea of its intended usage.
I really like my Nikon Monarch 3-12x42.
I would like to add a monarch 5 3-15x42 to my Tikka 300WSM.
I don’t have use for a big game hunting scope that won’t go down to 3x. Too many times hunting the sage brush when a VERY close target presented itself and the bigger FOV was important.
