I'll believe it when I see it. I spoke to them today about the status of my backordered 3-9x. I was told they were not in stock and they hadn't seen any in nearly 2 years. Since I'm on the backorder list, they will contact me when they are back in stock to verify that I still want the scope, then charge my card before fulfilling the order.

I got a feeling we will be offered an alternative, if anything. Surely they don't plan on a new release but also filling all these backorders of a discontinued item.
