70 lbs dumbbell dead lifts x 3 sets
Body weight lunges x 3 sets
70 lbs dumbbell Farmer‘s Walk with Stairs x 3 sets
lots of free stairs in between.

Well hunt was a bust. Found some new spots and saw a hog and a snake haha. So workout today was productively tough. Hit new prs on incline and overhand grip deadlifts.

Back Squats: 3 x 55%, 65%, 70%, 75%
Neutral grip slow pull-ups: 4 sets of three
Barbell bent over rows: 5 x 5

DB rear laterals x 20
DB hammer curls x 20
DB shrugs x 20
