Sunday was a half Murph with vest

Monday was 6 rounds of running on treadmill at max incline for 1:30, 6 burpees and 4 kettlebell swings each arm @ 50#

Yesterday was 5 rounds
5 db lateral raises + 5 box jumps
8 cable tricep ext. + 5 box jumps
8 pullups + 5 box jumps
10 burpees + 5 box jumps
