Most of you probably know that Canyon Coolers makes some awesome coolers for everything from white water rafting to a day at the beach. They have performed very well in Travis Bertrand's cooler tests and they'll be doing battle in the Nevada sun again this year. When I was offered the opportunity to try out their Scout 22 I jumped at the chance.

I'll be using it this weekend for some walleye fishing on the Columbia River and next weekend for my son's lacrosse tournament in Tri-Cities. Later I'll be using it in my little fishing kayak as I hit some Washington lakes for bass, and then I'll be bringing it along on a trip to Alaska at the end of June.

Let me know if you have any questions I can answer.

The detail inside the lid is pretty cool.

Using the Scout at my son's Lacrosse tournament this weekend. I put one bag of ice in it yesterday afternoon with some warm bottles of water and Gatorade and have been getting in and out of it all day. Last check there was still a lot of ice left and all my drinks have been cold.

Quite a bit of ice left this morning and we have been in and out of the cooler a lot.
