Fat Guy Weekly Weigh In.

Monday night weigh in, week 4, 200.5, down 2 pounds from last week and 10 over all. Probably won’t hit 195 by the 25th but if I can break 200 I’ll be perfectly happy.

Missed my weigh in yesterday, but got it this morning. Morning workouts are still going well and I had my fastest mile time of 10:37 this morning. I've been walking/jogging/running a mile on the treadmill before lifting 4 days/week. I also noticed my resting heart rate went from 61-62 bpm 2 months ago down to 51-52 bpm now. Feeling good all around. Nice work to all still hitting it! This thread has definitely helped keep me accountable... I even skipped free chocolate chip muffins at work last week.

Still trucking. Had a rough diet weekend starting on Friday and into Saturday. Got back on track Sunday with a beautiful grass-fed local ribeye (I help out with farmer's deer problem and get to buy some great beef, too!). Ran 14 miles last week, including 6 trail miles on Saturday.

Not good, men, I have my 1st weekly gain since we started. Most likely it’s related to yesterday’s dinner out, but still it’s upsetting.

Good morning fat guys (and now not-so-fat guys!)

Good week for me. Portion control pays off. I went out for Mexican food this weekend and had a great steak dinner on Mother’s Day. Still made it a good week and dropped some pounds.

Big week for me, down 2 lbs. Had a really tough week at the office, but didn't let my diet slide too bad. I did miss one AM workout on Thursday after my toddler had me up from 2-5 AM Wednesday night, but made it up over my lunch hour that day. I haven't been out for a hike with a pack in over 2 weeks, so that's priority this week.
