My current pack project

Been working on this for the past few weeks. Frame is pretty much done. It’s something I’ve been wanting to develop for some time now, so once I get the bag done this week I’ll start putting in the miles to test it out.

Yeah it's 1/2" XPE. On the lumbar I used 2 layers plus a layer of 1/2" soft foam we use at work. Turned out perfect for me.
Inner shoulder straps: 3mm spacer mesh
Inner hip belt/Lumbar: Durastretch
Center lumbar: Slip-not
1" and 1.5" solution dyed webbing
Hardware: duraflex and ITW
Frame stays: 1/2" x 3/16" X 26"
500d solution dyed cordura

Final version is done. Made some tweaks and saved the expensive x-pac fabric for the final pack.

That looks exactly like the contours that I tweaked my aluminum stayed Kifaru hunter to. I like it and bet it would fit e to a tee.
