2 birds down after 2 days. No gobbles heard, but they’re here. Weather is tough. 92° yesterday. The water moccasins are out in full force. Just ready to head out for day 3, final day.

So we went 2 for 4 on the Osceola hunt. It was a ton of fun. Birds were extremely quiet in the high temps. Both Tom’s come in silently. FOE was an amazing place and host. I can’t say enough about them. I had to bail mid morning on Monday for the Pope and Young convention in Omaha Nebraska. A couple of guys headed south to chase poon. They had some hook ups I know, but not sure if they landed anything.

Had birds within 200 yards from 9-3 today. Tons wouldn’t break from hens. Could scouting and learning day. New spot tomorrow.
