Kind of stalled out at the moment on the scale, but everything else is feeling good. Mentally I'm better than I've been in probably 2+ years. Another week with no missed AM workouts and I fit in a 2.5 mile walk/run yesterday. Gonna stay the course and try to keep my food dialed in this week. Me and a buddy are road tripping to Boise for the BHA Rendezvous, leaving Wednesday AM.

Steady at 199 this week. Future sister in law graduated from college this weekend so we imbibed more than we probably should have. Finally staying light late enough that I can get runs in after the kiddo goes to sleep hoping that helps shed the pounds a little faster.

I got 4 leg days in last week and made some good gains. Also had to put a new hole in my belt to keep my pants up. Happy with the muscle gain, not happy with the weight staying fairly even. Call it a wash.

Just wanted to check in. I went from 3 days at the ballark in San Fran right to my on the road jobsite with no scale access in between. I know darn well the 3 days DID NOT go well for the diet. Cleaned it back up and hoping for at least a break even by Friday when I get back home.

Some great looking losses this week, tho, folks. Well done.

Room for a late comer? Just found this thread and think the accountability is definitely what I need!

Currently weighing 254 @ 6'2", spent the last 4 years between 255-265 and I'm done with it! April 15 I was 258 today is 254. Goal is 220 by sept 15, then maintain through holidays and resume weight loss to the 200 range.

Started cardio and adding lifting in, along with cutting out sugars and reducing carbs.

P.s. you guys are killing it!

Had my first cheat day in two months on Monday. Felt like garbage for 12 hours afterward so I fasted and did an 8 mile run. First time under 199 so far. Another a month or so and I’ll hit 195. No doubt I’m hitting an age (34 this year) where my body needs 15% less calories than 2-3 years ago.

Complete and utter waste of a week. Traveled all week, was entertained by other companies with Top Golf Monday night, Braves game Tuesday night, wings and beer Wednesday night, only time I could hit the gym was this morning. Might as well have not even had an April. Pissed off at myself. About to crank back down. Sub 200 by the end of May is now a pipe dream.

On the good news side, I said I'd start back walking to work in May. 2 days in, so far so good. Ends up being around 5 miles total a week that I haven't been doing because of my PF. Hopefully that helps get me back on track. Foot still bothers me and I dare not run, but hopefully soon.
